Elopement Coordination

• On-Site Coordinator: A dedicated person present to oversee the timeline and handle logistics
• Vendor Liaison: Coordinate vendor arrivals, setup, and timing (photographer, officiant, etc.)
• Setup & Styling Assistance: Light decor setup at ceremony site (e.g., arch, bouquet handoff, chairs if applicable)
• Cueing Moments: Direct couple for first look, ceremony start, and photo moments
• Time Management: Ensure smooth flow from ceremony to celebration or photo session
• Mini Reception Setup: Picnic, champagne toast, cake cutting, or tablescapes.
