Hi! I’m Shauna Jane — but everyone calls me SJ. For more than a decade, I’ve had the privilege of coordinating weddings, conferences, retreats, corporate events, and private celebrations across Texas, Colorado, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Georgia, and now Northwest Arkansas.

My journey in hospitality began in 2006, and from that very first job, I knew I loved bringing people together, creating structure, and helping events run smoothly. Over the years, I’ve developed a calm, organized, and detail-driven approach that my clients and vendor teams rely on.

As a Southern native, I bring warmth, clear communication, and a down-to-earth leadership style to every event. Whether I’m managing a corporate program or a wedding weekend, my goal is always the same:
to give you a seamless, stress-free experience so you can fully enjoy your day.

A Little About Me

When I’m not coordinating events, you can usually find me outdoors — hiking, exploring, camping, gardening, or working with horses. I love building things, being creative, and discovering new places, especially here in the Ozarks.

I’m a mom, an adventurer, and someone who believes deeply in creating meaningful experiences for people. One of my long-term goals is to open my own wedding and event venue in Northwest Arkansas, combining my love of nature, structure, and celebration.
