About SJ Coordination & Events
Wedding coordination is not something I take lightly—it is something I’ve been called to do. This is a role I approach with responsibility, structure, and intention, because I understand what is at stake on a wedding day.

I believe that God entrusts each of us with specific responsibilities, and I carry this role with the understanding that I am not just managing events, but serving couples as they step into one of the most important covenants of their lives.

Based in Knoxville, Tennessee and serving the Smoky Mountains and surrounding areas, I work with couples who want their wedding day handled with clarity, structure, and care.

I approach every wedding with the mindset of being entrusted to lead, organize, and protect the flow of the day with excellence. From timeline creation to vendor coordination and on-site execution, every detail is handled with intention, structure, and care.

I don’t see myself as simply a coordinator—I see myself as someone trusted to steward the day well.
That means:
-
creating clear, seamless timelines
-
communicating effectively with vendors
-
leading with calm authority
-
ensuring that every moment unfolds as it should
Because when a wedding day is properly led, the couple is free to be fully present in it.

My work is rooted in faith, integrity, and responsibility. I hold myself to a high standard because I believe I’ve been entrusted to do this well.

I carry this role as God’s most trusted wedding coordinator—not as a title to claim, but as a standard I am committed to living up to. Every wedding I take on is an opportunity to honor that trust through preparation, excellence, and execution.

If you are looking for someone who will take your wedding day seriously, lead it with intention, and handle every detail with care, you are in the right place.
